JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Talent Acquisition:
- Receive job requisitions, screen applicant resumes, and update application information.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and negotiate with them.
- Prepare documents, guide new employees through the onboarding process, and hand over to direct management.
- Store applicant records and information directly in the software system.
- Report results, address any issues in recruitment, and propose solutions to achieve hiring goals.
B. Employer Branding:
- Develop content and brand imagery for recruitment on social media platforms and online job portals to attract quality and potential candidates.
- Organize events and interactive activities, including student meetups, candidate sessions, workshops, and other engagement programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Employer Branding activities, using feedback tools and data analysis to propose improvements and adjust strategies.
- Responsible for ideating, designing, and producing videos.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated with a Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preference for candidates with recruitment experience in the F&B or Retail industry.
- Strong mindset in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing.
- Good writing skills, with a preference for experience in video scripting and strong visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and build a network.
- Honest, dynamic, highly self-motivated, and committed to long-term engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
